Taman's signature dry ginjo to be enjoyed at lunchtime sake at the end of the year. Moderate ginjo aroma. It is not fruity. A refreshing apple-like acidity spreads through this clear ginjo-shu. Much lighter. The refreshing taste is just right for a day like today, when the sun is a little strong. The elegant sweetness stands out clearly and is delicious.
