This is the first time I've seen a Golden Crane.
It is said to be read as "Kazu-Yawaraka" (wind and peace).
The top aroma is slightly sweet.
It's been six months since it was made, so it's not freshly pressed anymore 😅It has a mild juicy sweetness and a slight astringent taste that finishes off in the mouth.
It was a beautiful sake 😊.
It was quite delicious 🍶✨
