プン山プンプン
This sake is like a concentrated apple with only the honey part.
There is no heavy sweetness, and the acidity nicely balances it out, making it light and easy to drink despite being a kijo-shu.
UA collaboration and SPARK are also available, but I still like the normal one the best.
