I was served heated sake by President Mukai of Mukai Sake Brewery at Sawakiya's summer party last year, and it was so delicious that I bought a 1-sho bottle because it was the season for heated sake.
Kuniko Touji took great pains to brew this sake from ancient rice, and it has a rosé wine-like color, with sweetness and acidity coming out in full force.
In summer, it can be enjoyed with soda, but in any season, it is very easy to drink and the sake will go down a treat when heated.
It is a very tasty sake.
