It seems to be a blend of Reihou from Kumamoto and Kitashizuku from Hokkaido. The transparent bottle this time looks refreshing. Surprisingly quiet when opened 😁. Small bubbles when poured into a glass. The aroma is like grapefruit and yogurt. The aroma is typical of Kouei Chrysanthemum, and my expectations are high ✨. Slight sweetness, sourness, and bitterness in the mouth. Is it solid? Firm? Is it because of the 15% alcohol content? Is it because of the 15% alcohol content? The aftertaste is refreshing.
