I think I asked for sweet sake.
I've had it and written about it in the past, but it's sweet like juice.
It's not so much sweet as it is sweet and sour.
I've written in past posts that it's like white wine, but I couldn't tell how wine-like it was😅
I think the raw sake of this was even more sour 🤔.
I think there were a lot of Tamagawa sake brewery's sake in this restaurant!
