Purchased at Nishiyama-ya in Kawasaki. Nishiyama-ya, which does not sell mellow sake as much as possible, has Nabeshima?
Actually, this is a Nabeshima with a moderate sweetness. It tends to be rather dry. It has a fine gas characteristic of Nabeshima.
The bitterness is also emphasized, which is different from the image I had of Nabeshima. A little less bitterness would be fine.
Kitashizuku" is made from Hokkaido rice.
Sweet Nabeshima does not go well with bonito sashimi, but this one went perfectly with it.
Nabeshima is good for eating. I now understand why Nishiyama-ya carries it.
