Today's accompaniment is the second souvenir from my wife's trip to Izumo
It is "Izumo Fuji".
It has a soft taste with a medium mouthfeel and a lingering taste of rice.
The taste of rice, and the presence of the rice is as good as the taste of the entrée.
And it makes you feel happy as you get drunk.
It is a bottle of sake that makes you feel the happiness of getting drunk.
It is worthy to be called the birthplace of sake. ⁉️
