The fourth drink of the day
Junmai Daiginjo, Packing sake
This is the first time to try Tsukihaku.
It is fruity and comfortable to drink.
Goes well with grilled or steamed oysters!
By the way, my goal for the time being is to check in 1000 times.
I will continue to drink little by little!
Skepticism
The "Kafuda-shu" series is a popular product that is sold with the rice used and the production method changed according to the time of year and lot, and that is indicated on the Kafuda. "Gekpaku" is a light and dry sake in the style of Kamonishiki, and you can enjoy its freshly squeezed aroma and simple Japanese color.
Tsukihaku is made with 40% polished Yamadanishiki, and although it is light, it has a deep taste, and if you drink it, you will be surprised at the good cost performance.
It has a gentle ginjo aroma and the flavor of Yamada Nishiki spreads elegantly. There is no miscellaneous taste, and the tightness and sharpness are excellent. We recommend drinking it cold, but as it becomes room temperature, the character of Tsukihaku will be more apparent. Please enjoy the taste that changes depending on the temperature range.
