Hokkaido Sake Series 🏖🏖.
Asahikawa is the Gomenzake😃 from Otokoyama Co.
This is Otokoyama's long-selling product celebrating 40 years.
It was created in 1979 in reference to the fact that Otokoyama is said to have been designated as "Gomen-shu" by the Chonoei family, the first of the five regent houses, in 1697 and as "Gozenshu" by the 8th Tokugawa shogun Yoshimune in 1733.
It is a dry sake.
The aroma is sweet, and the flavor of rice spreads in the mouth.
We drank it cold, but room temperature is also recommended.
