The annual sake drinking ceremony is the new sake 🍶 of Sakusaku.
This year's new sake has a refreshing sweetness of rice coming forward 🤔.
After leaving it at room temperature for a while, the sweetness is followed by a more complex taste 🤔.
This year's sake is less flashy than previous years, but wonderfully delicious 😁.
Personally, I prefer it at room temperature 😋.
