I have a weakness for this kind of thing.
I was asked to get a bottle of sake that represented the brewery.
The orange label is beautiful.
Hachitan-nishiki, just like Hiroshima.
Mild aroma and strong umami.
A little bit of a twinge, but still..,
Slightly spicy and crisp, a great mid-meal sake.
Pairs well with Thai sashimi
