We bought this one because of its clean and dry taste.
It is said to be a standard product of Kozaemon.
It has a strong hint of green apple aroma.
With this quality at this price, it is no wonder it is so popular.
The recommended pairing dishes on the label are all crisp Japanese-style dishes, but if the aroma is this strong, I would rather pair it with Western-style dishes.
Bolognese pasta, for example.
