付喪神
Otokoyama's highest peak, brewed by the handiwork of the brewers
The brewer polishes up to 38% Yamada-Nishiki from Hyogo Prefecture, and the majority of the brewing process, including rice washing, steaming, and koji making, is done by hand to produce a supreme taste.
It is served sitting on the table. (Because of this price🫢)
Mild aroma. Light and dry. But you can taste the umami from the way it tastes, and it also feels like water down your throat.
I chilled it because it said to keep it at a cool temperature, but I think it is better to keep it at room temperature.
Otokoyama" reminds me of "Kita no Kuni Kara" (From the North), but it must be a different sake from the one Goro-san was drinking.
