夢茶苦茶也
At Doi Sake Shop, I asked for a recommendation at room temperature, but when I tried to choose one, it was in need of refrigeration, and the clerk was already gone, so I bought this one from the same label.
When I opened it, I heard a nice popping sound!
I was surprised because I didn't intend it to be so, but it was very tasty, with a proper sizzling sensation and a sweet and bitter taste!
I think this brewery has changed since the owner changed,
But I was expecting an old-fashioned sake, so I had a subtle feeling.
Alcohol 14.5 degrees Celsius.
