Today is my first trip to Gunma in a year! I'm here at Manza Onsen with a stopover at Asama Sake Brewery on the way. ♨️
The 100% source of the hot spring is the ultimate in relaxation and bliss...! After the hot spring, I decided to enjoy "Akagisan" (Mt. Akagi).
When you open the bottle, the aroma is almost banana-like.
The mouthfeel is clean and smooth, as is typical of the "Akagisan" series, but because it is a junmai sake, it has a full-bodied sweet and spicy acidic flavor.
However, the flavor is not overly assertive, but rather gentle and smooth like a banana, so it can be enjoyed in good balance without losing the sharpness typical of "Akagiyama"!

Good evening, Pon-chan!
I was so excited to see the new tasting corner in the station and the new sake products ✨.
In addition to sake objet d'art, there are also sake-kasu ramen noodles, so I would recommend it on your way to the hot springs!
