Entry: Pineapple aroma, smooth and silky.
Hint: Sweetness, thin umami and sourness, a hint of gas.
Aftertaste: Pineapple scent comes out from the nose and leaves a long bitter taste on the tongue.
The first flowery day! It's so pineapple! It's good, but the bitterness and aftertaste is longer than I imagined. I'd rather drink it with appetizers or sweets than by itself.
The next day, the bitterness disappears quickly and it's replaced by sweetness! Delicious!
Three days later, the sweet aroma has become stronger. A mildly sweet sake.
After 5 days, the sourness has become a little stronger, and I'd like to finish drinking it by this time.
By the way, I paired it with strawberries, and it was outstanding!
