I was looking for a sake with a strong acidity and was attracted by the name. It had a sake-like aroma and a strong flavor. It had a strong sweetness, and the sourness followed it. What is Kawaguchi Natto? I found out that it is a sake made from rice grown by a company called Kawaguchi Natto. Interesting.
