Echizenmisaki "Tanabe Shuzo/Fukui" Sake Brewery ‼️
We were able to have a very rare sake that only 15 bottles were brewed 😆 Only the sake from the bottom of the upper layer was collected❗We were thrilled to be able to have such a precious sake 😂.
The sweetness is moderate and sharp, and the roundness of the tailings is pleasant 🎵The alcohol content is high and you can feel the alcohol, but it doesn't feel heavy ✨‼️ was a great encounter ✨
