I know I'm late to the party, but when I bought Tasake's zodiac sign label at the end of last year, I bought it together with the cute pigeon and rabbit labels. It has been a little while since the beginning of the year, but I opened it today.
The taste is fresh, clear, and soft, just as it should be for the New Year. The strawberry-like sweetness and umami spread out, and along with moderate acidity, the aftertaste is naturally sharp.
It was as satisfying as the rabbit on the label!
