Slightly rice malt-like top note
After the same aroma as the first sip, it has a fruity aroma like melon, a full rice flavor, and a moderate sweetness that spreads quickly, followed by a citrus-like acidity, a slight bitterness, and a slight alcohol spiciness that quickly clears up.
It has a deep sweet flavor, but the acidity and bitterness that spread together make the second half of the bottle dry and refreshing. It goes well with meals and is also delicious on its own. It is slightly cloudy, but if you look closely at the bottle, you can see a little bit of it.
It went well with rice cooked in a pot, a bowl of rice topped with homemade salmon roe marinated in soy sauce and mekabu (mekabu) for the second time this season, and bonito tataki from Yaizu.
