We had #Hanagaki Junmai 65 Nigori from #Nanbu Sake Brewery in #Ono City, Fukui Prefecture. It's been a while since I've tasted hi-iri nigori sake, but it was so delicious that I drank too much.
I drank it cold, but finished it before I had time to try heating it up.
It was smooth as silk, and the natural sweetness of the rice was exquisite. The slight bitterness was not bothersome, and the cup was filled to the brim.
