I thought I was interested in this brand. I was right! I had a bottle of Oragami in July. It was also sweet, and was described as "cotton candy". I like this type of wine. ❤️ extensive knowledge Sake quality: Direct pumping, heated once in a bottle Rice: Gohyakumangoku, glutinous rice (four-stage brewing of glutinous rice) Alcohol 16.0 Polishing ratio 50%. Sake degree -15 Acidity 1.9 Yeast used: T812 (Niigata yeast)
