My first post of the year
I will enjoy a local sake from Saitama Prefecture, Junmai Ai-no-Sato by Nanyo Jozo.
This is my first time to taste sake from Saitama Prefecture.
The aroma is fruity with a hint of green apple.
It tastes sweet at the beginning and the sweetness of the rice comes later.
