じぇんてぃーれFaint yellow color, faint effervescence, sweet and slightly bewitching on the nose, cotton candy, syrup, whipped cream, china, petrol, sweet and robust on the attack, sweet and full on the mid-palate, little astringency, acidity follows with a slight twinge. The aftertaste is full and the astringency lingers for a long time. Sake that is umakuchi but not dry at all.
