Purchased with interest in CEL24 yeast from Kameizumi
After much hesitation, I chose nigori this time.
The aroma is half apple, half lactic acid. The aroma is half apple and half lactic acid.
The impression in the mouth starts with sweetness, and in the latter half of the bottle, the acidity becomes stronger.
The acidity lingers after the drink.
The sweetness of Kameizumi is different from that of Kaygetsu CEL24, and I was suddenly interested in regular Kaygetsu CEL24.
I should have bought it in bulk...
