I found this sake at a convenience store on the way home from my second son's low mountain climbing trip, and I liked it very much after drinking it before.
I drank it cold.
The color is clear with just a hint of yellow.
The nose has a gorgeous fruity aroma with hints of pineapple and tropical fruits, with a firm ripe fruity aroma.
On the palate, there is a ripe fruit-like sweetness and caramel-like richness, with a hint of black chocolate after swallowing.
Overall, the wine has a full-bodied, robust, and rich flavor, but the sharp bitterness and weak spiciness linger on the tongue as a lingering aftertaste.
It is hard to find a 4-pack bottle.
The rich, molasses flavor is similar to that of Takachiyo's Ipponjiki.
