On New Year's Eve, I was sorting through the sake warehouse and found a Tosatsuru that I was about to drink... it was also made in 2014... sorry... it had fermented quite a bit, but it became a different sake with slightly more sweetness. There is still some sake in the sake warehouse that I haven't drunk yet, but all the rest were after 2021. Sorry, sake lovers.
