Ryohei
This Kame-no-o sake has a more wild taste than the previous Koei-Kiku sake, with the acidity typical of Koei-Kiku, but with a bitter rather than sweet taste.
Sake made from ancient rice is also available at Sanchoku and Senkyoku, but I have the impression that it has the strongest wild taste, and it is unique.
Personally, I like it, but there are different tastes. The design is also different from the previous ones, which I feel indicates that it is different from the previous Koei Kiku.
I would like to buy it again next year if it comes out again.
Thanks for the treat.
