This is the third produced after Yamada-Nishiki and Effervescent. It has less sweetness and gassiness than the previous Sanso, and has a dry aftertaste. However, the refreshing sweetness and the lactic acidity typical of the sake's yeast yeast were addictive, and it was my favorite of all the San-Do bottles.
