This time of the year, we will have the Junmai Hatsushibori from Kuraku.
It has a complex flavor with sweet and sour tastes mixed with bitterness.
As the temperature rises, the aroma of tropical fruits also comes out. The aroma and rich flavor fill the mouth even with a small amount of Junmai, making it an excellent drink!
We enjoyed this freshly squeezed, freshly brewed, thick, unpasteurized sake in a relaxed and delicious manner. ☺️
