Fruity and expansive,
It has a nice dry and sharp taste, as is typical of Kenkunichi.
It goes well with simmered dishes,
but it goes especially well with "namero" made with horse mackerel
but it goes especially well with "Nameko" made from horse mackerel which we got at a discount at Mitsukoshi.
It is also very good.
