Fairly dry 1st impression, with rice flavor and sharp acidic bitterness. It is said that this is the absolute standard of Ichinokura. It is indeed a classic dry junmai sake with a good taste and good cost performance.
By the way, comparing it with "Ichinokura MUJOJOJO Dry", I prefer MUJOJOJOJO Dry because it is softer and has more alkaloids.
