Wataya's local sake.
Surprisingly light and dry, or even mute, when drunk cold.
It has a good umami taste when drunk at room temperature or heated. What makes it so good? Just when you think the gentle flavor of the rice has disappeared, you feel the square umami of the alcohol. It is different from Wataya's soft sake, but it is also a shoku-naka-shu. You can drink it forever and drink too much. I was able to drink too much and I was manacled with room to spare.
