Sake made with 80% Yamada-Nishiki low-polishing rice grown in the Agara rice paddies!
It is hard to believe that it is 80% polished rice...it is a high quality sake!
This taste with this polished rice...one can feel the high level of the sake brewery.
On top of that... the price is lower than the same product in spring... a surprisingly conscientious sake from a surprisingly conscientious sake brewery.
