The mornings and evenings are getting cooler, so I decided I had to try a summer sake.
The aroma is like fresh pears, the mouthfeel is very gentle and smooth, the sweetness and umami spread out with a pleasant acidity, and it goes down the throat gently, but it also has the sharpness of Yamadanishiki.
You can feel the high level of Hiroshima's sake. ⭕️
It is 12%, so overall it is gentle, so it may not suit those who like strong sake, but I would recommend it to those who are not used to drinking sake 🍶.
We tasted two kinds and bought this one, but we regret that we should have bought both 😅.
