Purchased online at Takeda Wine and Sake in Okayama City. This is the second bottle of Tagaji I was able to get. The acidity from the Yamahai process stands out more than the sweetness. It is slightly thick and drinkable, but has a nice crisp aftertaste and a good amount of bitterness.
