I opened a bottle of Dorai, which I had purchased on a trip to Aomori and had been saving, as it was the big day. Stable aroma and moist and easy to drink. For some reason, I paired it with shabu-shabu, but it was delicious without any discomfort at all. Have a Happy New Year!
