Jikin and Kibotsuru. Both are Omatchi's raw sake.

To eliminate any preconceived notions, I asked my wife to pour a glass so that I would not know which was which.
One has an aroma reminiscent of grapes and peaches, with a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity.
The other has a slight cemedine smell and quite a bitter taste.
My preference was for the Jikin.
Perhaps because I felt I expected a little too much from Kihotsuru, I was a little disappointed🥲.
However, Jikin is still delicious.
I thought it was a great sake.
Jikin wins hands down.
I don't think I expected such a situation 😳 after the second day, that was my impression on the first day.
