This one has been in cold sleep for over a year and a half due to waste disease, but now it's waking up 👀
Now, this premium gold is made with Miyamanishiki and 39% jun-dai milled rice 😅 I think it has the same specs as Ginkame.
The aroma is not flashy, but it has a sweet aroma of white sugar and graininess.
The taste has a strong chili gas feeling, and combined with the sweet and sour apple flavor, it is a knockout 😋😋😋😋 The bitter and spicy aftertaste, sharpness, and lingering finish are also excellent, and at the end, I wonder if it has been aged for a year and a half? The taste is full and rounded, and the sake goes on and on 💮.
