One more bottle. The first sake from Miyagi Prefecture.
A sparkling low-alcohol sake from Ichinozo in Osaki City.
Purchased on sale at an Aeon liquor store in Gifu City.
The aroma is a strawberry type ginjo aroma.
The sweetness and acidity match each other on the palate, making it easy to drink like a chamomile. It has a strawberry-like sweetness.
I would like to try a junmai type next time.
