It was hot, hot, hot, and I was tired of drinking beer, so I took a chopstick break and had sake. This sake is made from water with high hardness. It is very tasty, but not suitable for the hot weather.... It is very drinkable and strong. The umami flavor is tremendous. It is so delicious that I made a mistake in the selection.
