おろしそばFukuwakura Junmai-shu
What a surprise, Imuraya, famous for their azuki bars, made sake, so we bought some!
The sake brewery is located in VISON, a resort facility in Mie Prefecture, and there is an eat-in space inside the store.
I somehow imagined a sweet sake from the image, but it was fruity and definitely sweet, but also very easy to drink with a mild acidity.
I drank about one cup, so I will drink it again after leaving it for a while.â
