Senzuke" Junmai Daiginjo [Izumi Shuzo, Hyogo].
A moderate sweetness spreads on the palate along with a slight bitterness that passes through the nose. The aftertaste is soft, but the lingering aftertaste lasts for quite a long time and disappears smoothly.
The feeling after drinking it is always refreshing.
I wonder if this is a special type of "refreshing" type that has a lingering aftertaste.
It is difficult to classify.
