Tonight we had #Sairai Jungin Unfiltered Nama Sake Usukiri from #Kitanishuzo in Ageo City, Saitama Prefecture.
I am so proud that there is such a delicious sake in Saitama.
It is delicious either as an acidic white grape-like sake or as a light nigori, which shows the flavor of the rice well 😊.
