One of a set of 30 Niigata sake cups celebrating the 20th anniversary of the ㊗️ Sake no Jin 😆.
Interesting naming juxtaposition of Tokamachi's specialties 😅can't capture it in one photo 😰.
It has a strong but smooth taste. When paired with Sanriku Mekabu Soba, it is soft to the touch and has just the right amount of acidity. The acidity is just right. If I were you, I would pair it with hegisoba 😅.
