It's been a while since I've had Nabeshima 😁. Shirakiku is the name of the rice used 😎. Opening the bottle The aroma is gorgeous and fresh. When poured, it has a very fine carbonation and a slight yellow tinge 😚. The taste was astringent after the acidity, and then it ended with a pungent spiciness. From the Nabeshima I know, it is a bit light and refreshing 😎. When I let it sit for a couple of days, the astringency showed a glimpse of astringency after the thin sweet and sourness and it started to kick in: ☺️
