I wish I could have had this sake the same day it was pressed 🤗. But it's so far away from the region. If it was in the Edo period, I might not have been able to drink it 🐎🐎🐎. Thank you 🎵Thank you 🎵Thank you 🎵Thank you Is there any difference in taste between the day and a few days 🤔? Is it something that can be left to rest... So many mysteries for a beginner 🧐. In my imagination, I thought it would be fresher and more tart. I thought it would be fresher, I was expecting it to be fresher and fresher, but it was mellow on the palate with just the right amount of sweetness😋💕. Sake made by Sentori is very relaxing after all 😊. Today's side dish, Firefly squid with vinegared miso. Silken tofu and egg that I soaked in sake lees overnight, I made a dish of tofu, egg and kiriboshi-daikon (dried radish). (The drained tofu becomes like cream cheese after soaking. The eggs are nettlesome and delicious!) ✌️😆💕
