Tonight, we finally open the new sake of the season & it's been a long time since we've had sake from this brewery 😳.
Kido Junmai Ginjo-shu Shiboritate Nama-shu 2025BY✨!
This is the first one of the season that just happened to arrive.
It's a jungin, but the specs on the rice used are not written, but the standing aroma is a fruity ginjo aroma of fresh pineapple🍍 and apples. The light, sweet and sour juicy attack that is typical of freshly pressed sake grabs your taste buds and you can keep on drinking it 😋😋😋😋😋 The aftertaste is also light with a dry accent that is even better 👍.
