もよもよ
This is a freshly squeezed version of "Tokubetsu Junmai Ryoshin", a standard sake of Isshaku Suisei. I love Isshaku Suisei, but this is the first time I have had this spec. All of the sake rice is produced by the Gojome Sake Rice Research Association in Akita Prefecture. Sasanigori = light nigori or orikara.
The taste is tropical and fruity, but not too sweet and well balanced. My first impression is that it is well-balanced and I really like this type. It is sweet and mellow with low acidity like peach or mango, but also a little melon-like. The acidity is low, so it is mildly sweet.
The wallet-friendly pricing is very much appreciated. Ippakusuisei's new sake is still the best.
